That must have been what have happened. Or an Arctic resident took the trip over to Seattle himself and purchased it. And now buys souvenirs from IKEA instead.Arctic Mumhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08691564451594654796noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1653399301717513709.post-27410720865760003312011-04-01T19:07:42.683-07:002011-04-01T19:07:42.683-07:00Thanks for stopping by! Here is the story I have come up with about your plate: some Scandinavian immigrant living in Seattle brought it as a gift when they visited their second cousin in your neck of the woods. I expect that on that same trip the immigrant bought a souvenir plate of somewhere like Svalbard, and said plate is now floating around a thrift store somewhere near Seattle. I'll keep an eye out for it.Sarahhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06171205124450749463noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1653399301717513709.post-36433404690597124472011-03-31T12:13:04.625-07:002011-03-31T12:13:04.625-07:00Hi, thanks for commenting on my blog! That means someone must have taken the long way over! A while ago I also found a souvenir plate from Disneyland. We must travel a lot. http://arcticmum.blogspot.com/2010/09/for-arctic-mum-on-her-38th-birthday.htmlArctic Mumhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08691564451594654796noreply@blogger.com
